Food Allergies - Science Diet Dog Food

My dog has been itching and biting and I am thinking it may be food allergies, so I was wondering what is the best dry food that is fully balanced that might not have the allergy ingredients in it.
Right now I'm feeding him Science Diet dog food. Ive been reading online that it isn't that great so I want to switch anyway. Help!!
