Feeding Puppy with Sensitive Stomach

Hi everyone! I have a 4 month old large breed puppy who has a very sensitive stomach.

I have already had stool samples checked by our vet (all came back clear), but every time I wean him (over about a weeks time) off of chicken and rice to his dog food he gets diarrhea that wont go away.

I had been giving him Avoderm for large breed puppies, and I was wondering if there is a high-quality dog food I can give him meant for sensitive stomachs?
