All Life Stages Dog Food for Puppy?

Our Springer,"Sassy", almost 5 months old, has not been eating her Wellness Puppy Food without putting in soft food and even then sometimes she leaves it.

She used to eat it up and look for more. So we will try a gradual switch to Merrick this week. She has had Wellness for 9 weeks.

I was also looking at Taste of the Wild and Natural Balance but am hesitant because of the All Life Stages formula rather than Puppy formula.

Any comments please.
